Violet Vintages is named after our Daughter, Violet.
The logo is designed from her unique birthmark and is a proud homage to her sweet spirit.
Our wine is produced on the southern shores of Georgian Bay, known as the Apple Pie Trail, using the unique varieties of the area. We are in development of our Marquette wine, a relative of the pinot noir variety.
This Apple Ice Wine is the perfect accompaniment to finish any meal and the base of many great cocktails. Matched with a sharp cheddar, an apple pie or souflé, it adds a wonderful sweet flavour cut by the apple’s acidity.
